OCTOBER CHALLENGE

Log as many pullups as you can in October...Whoever gets the most gets a cool shirt and the satisfaction of doing a butt-load of pullups, not to mention some ripped up hands that make pretty good conversation topics and neat photos! Last months challenge winner was pretty much uncontested...Leslie came in with over 4000 burpees! That's a whole lot of work in 1 month...now the fun part...a 3 minute grappling match with yours truly :)Stay tuned for the results of that( I think I can take her as long as she doesn't bite )
