I would like to congratulate CrossFit SoMO's head coach Rodney Hamby for making the cut for Regional competition in the 2012 CrossFit Games. During the 2012 CrossFit Open, he place in the top 60 out of 1646 other competitors who completed all 5 workouts, earning a slot for Regionals. He will be traveling to Chicago IL in May to compete against 59 of the North Central Region's (that's 11 states folks) best athletes. We are very proud of your hard work and commitment to form and complete range of motion. You represent CrossFit SoMO with power, grace and dignity.
