30 Bar over Burpees (jump is required)
20 Shoulder to Overhead 135/95
Part A - AMRAP in 3 - Get through as much of the work as possible, in 3 minutes, following the above Rep Scheme...Rest 1 minute
Part B - AMRAP in 6 - Starting at the beginning, get through as much of the work as possible, in 6 minutes, following the above Rep Scheme... Rest 2 minutes
Part C - In 13 minutes, finish as much of the work as possible, starting at the beginning again, following the above Rep Scheme
Scale weights, box heights, and complex movements to your ability so that you are able to finish as much of the last part as you feel you can finish in 13 minutes.
