WOD:
You will have seven minutes to establish a 3RM Overhead Squat
Rx'd Men’s starting weights: 135, 185, 225, 255 (increase by 10)
Rx'd Women’s starting weights: 85, 125, 155, 175 (increase by 5)
 Rest two minutes then
30 Burpee Muscle-Ups
 the scale is: 7 minute AMRAP: Burpee Box Jump Overs 24/20
