Wendler: Cycle 10: Week 1: Press
This will start our 10th Cycle of the Wendler Strength Program. At it's completion, we will be taking a 4 week hiatus from Wendler. We will continue strength work during the month of June and return to Wendler in July.
You have fifteen minutes during class time for your strength work. If you finished early, take this opportunity to work on skills and mobility.
