There will not be a CrossFit Kids class Saturday, December 3rd. 

WOD - 8am
With one barbell (load will be 70% of your 1RM Push Press), complete the following:
5 Rounds of:
Max reps Push Press (from the floor)
Max reps Pullups
Max reps Back Squat (also from the floor)
3 minute rest

Max reps means that you should go to failure on each movement, not just a comfortable number.
