5. Chest To Bar Pullups
6. Front Squats w/Kettlebell 70/55
7. Kettlebell Swings 70/55
8. Ball Slams 30/20
9. Wallball Shots 25/20
10. Pistols
11. GHD Situps
12. 1200m Run

start with 1 Deadlift; then 2 Toes to Bar, 1 Deadlift; then 3 HSPUs, 2 Toes to Bar, 1 Deadlift; continue just like the song to 12, then all the way back down to 1.
