WOD - 1PM: As a Team of 4, complete the following:
25 Muscle-Ups (scale: 75 Pullups)
50 Squat Cleans 155/105/75 (rx'd men/rx'd female&scaled men/scaled female)
75 Box Jumps 30"/24"/20"
100 Wallball Shots 20/16/12
150 Burpees
200 Double-Unders
The Rub: Each modality must be completed before moving to the next exercise. There is no limit as to how many reps each member may complete. Each team must maintain a constantly moving 400m relay until all modalities are completed.
