As the weather pattern changes from rain to ice, we have decided to cancel all evening classes for Tuesday Feb. 1st and the 6am class for Wednesday Feb. 2nd. Remember you can always to bodyweight exercises at home. Burpees, Pushups, Squats, Walking Lunges, Sit-Ups, etc. If you are stuck at home and WOD, post your workout and time to this thread.
We are planning on having regular evening classes tomorrow the 2nd.
