9-5-10

Perform the following with a partner for time
150 Pullups (as a team)
50 Clean & Jerk 135/95 (Yes...on the same bar at the same time)
75 clapping pushups (both do a pushup...at the top give each other a high five)
50 Barbell Lunges 135/95 (Yes...on the same bar at the same time)
25 Burpees (simultaneously do a burpee and give a jumping high five at the top)
Row 2k or run 1600m
